Recipe for Southern Chicken and Dressing

Boil small chicken and then take off bones. Save juice.
Cook Large pan of cornbread normally but add two eggs and butter to normal batter.
Take two cups of juice from chicken juice and add two eggs that are beaten.
Add one stick of melted butter to juice. Set aside.
Cut up small onion into small pieces.
Cut up celery to make 1/4 cup.
Separate cornbread when cooled and crumble up into rectangular cooking pan.
Put in juice, onion, celery and chicken.
Add small can of cream of chicken.
Add salt, and pepper to taste.
Add One tablespoon of poultry seasoning. (spices)
Add 1/2 tablespoon of sage. (spices)
Add one stick of melted butter to dressing.
Stir ingredients.
Put in 350 degree oven and cook for about 45 minutes or until dressing is creamy.
