Hearts are Changing

Mens hearts have changed a lot,
no one seems the same to me,
some hate the freedom that men have fought,
for this nation of the land of the free.

People are stomping on our flag,
some kneeling at the song of our nation,
no tears, only mocking from those that brag,
while beating their chest with such elation.

Actors use their voice to condemn whats right,
looking on conservatives as something bad,
Living in mansions and having riches beyond sight,
Turning their backs on the poor, which is sad.

People bashing the president and his wife,
although freedom is theirs for the taking,
should be thankful for their life,
instead of God they are forsaking.

People look at bad as good,
and things good as bad,
They'd change our laws if they could.
everyone seems like they have gone mad,


No more people pay debts they owe,
People are no longer punished for their crime,
Just a slap on the hand and let go,
all while being paid for on our dime,


Some Teachers have a hidden agenda,
teaching kids about their political view,
not teaching math or english or a musical cadenza,
just something from out of the blue.

People seem to hate the cops,
taking out their camera and filming,
Looking for the next photo op,
of things to sue or use for slandering. 

People are offending too much these days,
They hate our customs, statues, and laws,
They hate religious people who prays,
Taking over our schools, government and shopping malls. 

Illegals are breaking our laws,
No more borders they often scream,
taking over our streets and town halls,
This all seems to me as a dream.
